Custom Items

1. Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • All returns must be initiated within 21 days of the original purchase date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

2. Custom Orders and Digital Mock-ups:

  • We cannot guarantee exact matches on colors or garments. Digital mock-ups are meant to give an idea of what the end result will look like, but we cannot guarantee exact sizes or placements.
  • Although our team thoroughly checks all spelling and artwork, it is the customer's responsibility to fully verify and approve all artwork and spelling before finalizing the order.
  • Once payment is received, no changes can be made to the order. This includes adding items, subtracting items, or changing artwork.

3. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team with the reason for the return. We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet our policy criteria.
  • Once your return request is approved, you we will schedule the return of the items.

4. Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor.
  • Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Processing Fees, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of Processing Fees  will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges on any custom Items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item with a detailed description and photo of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, subject to our inspection and verification of the damage or defect.

 

7. Shipping:

  • You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • If you return an item valued over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

8. Limitations of Liability:

  • SHIRT52's liability for any defective or damaged item is limited to the replacement of the item or the issuance of a refund, at our sole discretion.
  • Under no circumstances shall SHIRT52 be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • If a dispute arises, you agree to first reach out to us to rectify the situation before pursuing any further action.

Once the order has been paid, you agree to follow through with the order and waive the right to initiate a chargeback.
