Print Placement and Design Sizes

Getting print placement and design sizes right is key to making your custom apparel look awesome. Proper placement makes sure your design pops exactly where you want it, whether it's on the front, back, or sleeves. The right design size keeps things looking sharp and avoids any awkward distortions. Plus, it helps the shirt fit comfortably and look professional. Nail these details, and your custom gear will look exactly how you envisioned it!

We stick to standard logo placements to make sure your design looks spot-on and stands out just right. Whether it's on the left chest, the back, or any other spot, we've got it covered for that perfect look!

Print Placement and Design Sizes

   Front Print

•  Size - Standard size of 3" - 4.25" for a clean, balanced look. (circles can tend to look too big at 4.25" but horizontal rectangles can go big)
• Position - We position the logo about 3.5" below the collar—never lower than the nipple—to keep it looking sharp and in the right spot. Placement can vary based on the logo’s design. (a really tall design needs a different placement than a horizontal rectangle)
  
  

Center Front

•  Size - standard size: 11.5" width Larger: 12.5" width. (circles can tend to look too big at 11.5" but rectangles can go big)
  
• Position - 2.5" - 5" below the collar for the best look and balance on the shirt.
  

Center back

•  Size - standard size: 11.5" width Larger: 12.5" width. (circles can tend to look too big at 11.5" but rectangles can go big)
• Position - 2.5" - 5" below the collar for the best look and balance on the shirt.  (Hoodies are the exception.  We print lower to try to ensure the design does not get blocked when the hood is in its normal position)

Sleeve

•  Size - We use a standard width of 3.9" to keep your design looking sharp and well-positioned. This size ensures your logo is visible and maintains its clarity.
• Position - We place them 1" above the hem to ensure they’re perfectly positioned and visible. This standard placement helps keep your design neat and aligned. (Shoulder prints can be printed higher up on the sleeve if requested.  This is personal Preference)
