8. Free Digital Mock-Up and Payment

The most important thing for a successful print job, is understanding what you expect.  When we have a perfect understanding of your expectations, we can make sure we get it right the first time.

How we do this?

Free Digital Mock-ups - Get a free digital mock-up to see your design before we print. It’s all about making sure you love it!

Ask the right questions - We’ll ask you all the right questions to nail your custom apparel. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll handle the rest!

What the Mock-up is good for?

General Idea of what the completed product will look like:

Check Spelling - It’s also handy for spotting spelling and grammar issues. It’s a great way to make sure everything looks and reads just right before you go final

Check Logos - Checking how the logo looks and where it’s placed so you can tweak things before you finalize.

Check colors - Getting a real sense of how the colors will look in the final design. It helps you see if everything matches and stands out just the way you want before you go to print.

What the Mock-Up is not good for?

Exact Placement - In real life the garment size changes from S to XL.  The digital mockup does not take this into account.  Over the years we have developed processes and use industry standards to make sure we get the design in the right spot.

Exact size - Just like with the placement, the mock does not take into account the S-XL

Exact colors - The computer screen uses a backlight to show color.  Due to the difference in screens, the colors can be just a bit different.  Imaging putting your shirt up to a computer monitor.  We can PMS match for an additional fee.  We almost never need to do this, but it is a great way to ensure we meet your expectations.  

Once payment is made, we’ll get started on your digital mock-up. Don’t worry, we won’t print anything until you give the thumbs up on the mock-up!

How do I pay?

1.Payment Link - Card or ACH Payment

We’ll shoot you a payment link to make things easy and hassle-free. Just click, pay, and we’ll get started on your mock-up!

2.Check - You can also pay by issuing checks if that’s more convenient for you. Just let us know!

3.Over the phone - You can also pay over the phone if that’s easier for you. Just give us a call!

Where do I get my shirts when done?

1. Pick Up - You can pick up your shirts in person if that works better for you.

2. Ask Us to Ship - You can also have your shirts shipped directly to you if that’s more convenient. Just let us know your preference
