We shopped around at 4 different Custom apparel sites to bring you the good, bad, and ugly.  We are a custom apparel supplier ourselves, so we want to check up on our competition from time to time.  Some of these guys do a pretty great job, so we know we better offer you our A game!

Rush Order Tees

The company offers quick response times and great customer service, making it a standout in terms of support. The website is user-friendly, allowing for easy shirt design customization. The turnaround time was reasonable, and the final product's quality was excellent. However, while the service was commendable, the delivery speed was average, the cost was above average, and the colors of the shirts seemed washed out. Despite these drawbacks, the good customer service has encouraged me to give them another try

The website is exceptionally user-friendly, quick, and efficient, offering a wide variety of design graphics for easy customization. The seamless transaction process and straightforward artwork upload made for a smooth experience. While the delivery was slower than expected, orders still arrived within a reasonable time frame. However, there were issues with size discrepancies and material quality, which fell short of expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive due to the website's efficiency and ease of use.

The website is complex and hard to use.  They offer a variety of other products, and it seems as if apparel might be a second thought.  It's not easy to get pricing information without talking to a real person. Customers should be aware that standard shipping might take longer than stated; although the estimated arrival is 8 to 10 business days, it can extend to 15 business days, adding an extra week. Additionally, there have been instances where only part of the order was shipped. In such cases, customer service has been responsive, agreeing to reprint the missing items. Despite these issues, the product quality remains good.

This company by far has the cheapest price of them all!  The ordering process is automated and fairly straight forward.  The Customer service is unsatisfactory. Many customers have complained about getting no response after purchasing.  The quality is very low with customer complaints including. design washing out, Placement of prints, and missing shirts.  Multiple people have complained about missed delivery dates.  Some have waited for months with no reply.
