Step 2 of 3 · Customer Service
You’ve made it to the next level. At SHIRT52, we believe that creativity isn’t just about having ideas; it’s about making those ideas come to life. This step is your chance to shine and show us what makes you unique.

Follow the standard operating procedures and the walkthroughs below exactly — that is what we are assessing.

One of the most important tasks is quickly putting together prices for our customers. To do this we will use our Excel spreadsheet to quote the job.
This customer has just emailed us this — "Hello, We did Next Level short sleeve shirts and Gildan pullover hoodies last year. I have attached the picture of what we want to do. It’s what we did last year. Could you please get us a quote for these? Both a shirt and hoodie in each size below: M-10, L-10, XL-10"
It’s important to correctly fill out the invoice. This invoice will be used to order the blank shirts and count in the items once they arrive. It is important it is 100% correct. (Do not worry about the link to pay right now.)
Attach the file to the email and send it to zach@shirt52.com. The email should be formatted as though you are talking to the customer, like this:
Hello Zach,
I have attached the quote. The short sleeve t-shirts will be $XX.XX ea and the hoodies will be $XX.XX ea. Do you have a specific date that you need these by?
Thanks.
